Hmmm. A tiny zucchini is a good zucchini, but once they get to stuffing size they are compost as far as I am concerned. Which is sad, because they have ninja camoflague skills. Day one, nothing. Day two, toothpick zucchini. Day three? Giant monstrosity.
I'm actually quite excited about eating all these, but you can have too much of a good cucurbit. Their growth is completely disproportionate to the passing of time, isn't it! Amazing things.
